Goat Cheese with Toasted Pine Nuts, Ivy Geranium and Wild Honey

Serves 4-6

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ounces plain goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon fresh ivy geranium , finely chopped (substitute with any edible flower if you are unable to find ivy geranium)
  • 1/2 tablespoon wild honey

Instructions
 

  • Heat a medium pan over medium-high heat.  Add the pine nuts and cook for 4 minutes, until lightly browned, stirring.  Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Place the goat cheese on a board or serving piece of your choice and arrange the pine nuts on the cheese.  Sprinkle the ivy geranium and drizzle the honey over the top.  Serve with your favorite crackers or with toasted crusty bread.
