Meyer Lemon Granita with Rose Infused Honey and Sweet Alyssum
I love the combination of the Meyer lemon juice and the sweet honey in this recipe. Sweet Alyssum adds a touch of pepper flavor and a pretty touch. Enjoy it on a warm spring day. Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 1 cup fresh Meyer lemon juice
- Zest from 1 Meyer lemon
- 1 tablespoon Rose Infused honey , plus additional for serving
- Sweet alyssum for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the water and sugar in a small pot and bring to a boil until all the sugar dissolves. Stir in the lemon juice, zest, and honey. Remove from the heat and carefully pour the mixture into a medium bowl. Chill in the refrigerator until cool.
