Roasted Sweet Scarlett Grapes

Serves 4-6
This is a great way to enjoy Sweet Scarlett Grapes.  Drizzle olive oil over the top, sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper, and roast in the oven.  Simple, delicious and a fall favorite.  

Ingredients
  

  • 1- pound sweet Scarlett grapes or red grapes cut into small bunches
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • Sea Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add the grapes to the baking sheet.  Drizzle the olive oil over the top and sprinkle with the sea salt and pepper.  Roast for approximately 20-25 minutes.  Remove from the oven and serve as a side dish.
