Broccolini and Cauliflower Tacos with Spicy Serrano Pepper Fused Olive Oil
Spicy serrano pepper fused olive oil adds a nice touch of heat to the broccolini and cauliflower in this simple taco dish. It pairs nicely with black beans cooked with garlic. Serves 2-4
Heat the olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the broccolini and cauliflower, season with salt, and cook, stirring, for 10-12 minutes or until browned. Remove from the heat.
In a small cast-iron skillet, warm the tortillas on both sides. Remove from the heat.
Transfer the tortillas to individual plates. Arrange the broccolini and cauliflower on the tortillas. Drizzle jalapeno hot sauce over the top. Serve immediately.
