Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add the turkey bacon to the skillet and cook for 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from the heat. Chop the turkey bacon and set aside.
In a small bowl, add the ricotta, basil, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and mix to combine. Set aside.
Toast the bread. Spread the ricotta mixture over the toast. Top with the romaine. Sprinkle with the turkey bacon and arrange the tomatoes on top. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Drizzle a little bit of olive oil over the top, if desired. Serve immediately.
