In a medium cast-iron skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-low heat. Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes, stirring. Increase the heat to medium-high, add the zucchini, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 6-7 minutes or until they are tender, stirring. Add the dill and lemon juice and cook for an additional minute, stirring. Remove from the heat.
